LifeFocus

I am so thankful I was a part of the Life Focus Team. My brain was on gospel overload, and I loved every minute of it!! Those of you thinking about applying for Life Focus, I say go for it, all the way! There was not a better way I could have spent my spring break then learning, growing, and fellowshipping with my brothers and sisters in Christ. Come and see for yourselves, and you won’t regret it!

LifeFocus this year was just as fantastic as last year. I learned a lot about why I believe what I believe. Whenever I go to LifeFocus I feel more excited for God. I really enjoyed the fellowship with other young believers who are passionate for Christ, and some of the deep discussions we had. The various speakers were brilliant and it was a privilege to listen to their wisdom. I would encourage any other high school, college student, or young person to come to LifeFocus. I know it will be just as beneficial to your life as it was to mine!

… Although I missed out on most of the lectures, I did get to join the LifeFocus group for the evenings. I was able to grow closer to Christ through the work of LifeFocus. I felt like I got to know the LifeFocus team on a Christ-centered level and it was fun to be with other Christians. I felt like we were all growing closer to Christ and learning what it means to be a Reformed Presbyterian…

One of the most convicting things about the LifeFocus week was the call to make my faith my own. Not the faith of my parents, or of my friends, or even of the Covenanters. And we weren’t left there, either. We were taken straight to the Bible and shown what it is exactly that we are professing to believe and why. We were challenged to go beyond that, to not simply read, study, and absorb, but to also live and proclaim it.
